I never once mentioned delisting, much less "spouted off" about it.

My question is why now? Why didn't they just hire the best lawyers from the beginning if that's what any responsible company would do, as you so well put?

The story keeps changing...

First it was "the CE is for late filings but our filings aren't even due yet".

Then later it was "our lawyers have submitted proof we didn't make any insider trades from our own accounts".

Then later it was "there is no reason for the CE not to come off".

Then later it was "we are undergoing steps OTC Markets gave us".

And now later it's "we have hired better lawyers".

Sure seems like people are getting played here. If the CE comes off, great. And if it doesn't then y'all definitely got played.
