SRAX= public relations and media firm that promotes businesses to it's 11 million subscribers

Manhattan Investment Capital Firm = Will guide NSAV regarding the building of the business and share price as it relates to the US market, regulations, etc.

SilverBearCapital= Asian investment firm that purchased various assets for NSAV. They are familiar with Asian investors and laws, not so much US law and markets.

I am optimistic that with a firm that specializes in US investments and markets they will get the share price up and word out. I believe there were stipulations in the contract between the parties that the Manhattan firm has to do certain things and meet certain targets to realize full payment of their fees. I believe that firm would not have signed unless they thought what NSAV and SBC wanted them to do was doable.

This is just my opinion. I do not know more than you. I am reading the tea leaves.
