Plus Cytodyn has JUST broken another SEC rule:

“The SEC orders find that each of the companies announced restatements or corrections to financial reporting within 4-14 days of their Form NT filings despite failing to provide details disclosing that anticipated restatements or corrections were among the principal reasons for their late filings.“

This is EXACTLY what Cytodyn has just done. It filed a form NT last week WITHOUT disclosing that this could lead to restatement of past filings a few days later. They knew something key for shareholders that they have kept hidden when they should have disclosed it.

Another fraud added on the steaming hot SEC pile. It’s not gonna end well with the SEC. Could be halted any time. And/or charges announced any time.
