At least I talk about the stock and not whine about what others are posting. This stock is beyond broken and typical of the types of companies that the rule changes late last year was meant to flush out in my opinion. The new rules help to prevent the toxic share dumping that occurred here in 2021. Without it, this company has and will continued to struggle with the language in their notes. Where is that Q2 filing that they said would be filed n July? No doubt they needed some more very expensive and very short term financing.
