Somehow I find it hard to believe that Kips will risk dribbling out 45M shares over several months while the price drips down if no deal is announced, just for 1,026,000, and that's an absolute best case scenario: .04—.0172= .023 X 45M= 1,026,000

Even if Kips 13G/A was a conversion of class A shares and not a new buy, I would think they'd be looking for a major liquidity event to sell those shares.

Alternately, perhaps the conversion was meant to tidy the books up in anticipation of a major deal being announced?
