They have 4 days to file it post closing date which was Monday since July 31st fell on a Sunday.

So their own self imposed latest deadline to finally deliver the Ostendo closing 8k is by/b4 midnight tonight.

But since they've had months to deliver Ostendo already it's not a good luck to leave it to file a/h's on a friday imo.

Plus the action in play today certainly doesn't reflect any optimism whatsoever that the 8k is coming, but I hope they prove me wrong glta
