Its been over a year since the R/M of this shell. Yet still no announcement of an official auditor. Only SFIO PR about an audit is “coming soon” since December 2021. They repost the same information about auditing over and over again.

I owned several shells that successfully completed audit and now trade at respectable levels and non are trading near sub penny even in the OTC “bear market” All backed up their claims - That I respect.

In my humble opinion of course.
