While I agree that BK is a possibility, most times the scammers DO NOT file bankruptcy.

WHY? Because the scammers, Tiny Mickey, (and others I have watched) would have to disclose too much BAD info.

IF they file, what they do is an incomplete filing to give them some breathing room.

It never works but I have seen it done.
