As far as I have seen. All the other oil tankers are bringing in record revenues, building and buying more ships. Meanwhile, we are just dragging anchor in the sea of despair for some reason. Must be the sub-dollar problem people see or something. I can't put my finger on it. Do we have to wait for the next Q? $IMPP$
