AMHPF: The Company has completed a plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") comprised of a re-domiciliation transaction by which a newly incorporated Singapore company, Verde Agritech Ltd. ("New Verde Agritech"), acquired 100% of the ordinary shares of Old Verde Agritech in exchange for ordinary shares of New Verde Agritech.Each holder of ordinary shares of Old Verde Agritech will receive one ordinary share of New Verde Agritech for each ordinary share of Old Verde Agritech held.

FINRA shows the ticker being deleted, but I'll wait for a few days to see if the new shares trade or don't trade under the AMHPF symbol/ticker.
