What I cannot understand for the life of me is this one simple question:

Why on earth did Leo not perform the Payer Analysis after the Phase II Clinical Trial of Brilacidin for OM use was completed????

I mean come on - Back in May 2019, Leo supposedly had a meeting with the FDA to review the Clinical Phase III trial plan for Brilacidin use against OM, so why wait 3 years to perform a Payer Analysis????
