The Whales beached themselves when they realized it was Peter Michaels' scam... they know he is a 3X convicted Felong with 5 MORE felonies waiting in the wings, plus MULTIPLE judgements against him, that total to Millions of Dollars.

Maybe the Whales didn't beach themselves but they swam away from Michaels 100th Scam. They didn't want to get beached because they knew the Michaels' scam would explode and it would be messy!

Whales can apparently hold in gasses, or the “death burp,” for long periods after they die, sometimes resulting in massive and extremely messy explosions.
