Dear IMF, if Russia (ie Uranium One) takes over the lithium production in Bolivia in 2023 and does likewise in Chile in 2024 or 2025 will your US$25B per year number for lithium mined/sold still hold true for Chilean lithium produced each subsequent year through 2040?
