the facts are that ILIM has been acquired by Aamani. the revenues, assets, etc in Aamani are indisputable. The goal, as stated by the CEO, is to put numerous subsidiaries into ILIM from Aamani. As a result there is a joint venture between the two. The technicality of the full thing right out of the gate going into ILIM is meaningless in my view, it's being done a little at a time.
