CEO resignation and HPNN bankruptcy?

HPNN can't pay ANY of its obligations, has $0 money in its coffers, has no funding and the CEO is facing serious PRISON time for his 5 most recent felonies (he has 3 previous felony convictions, too).

Petey has another 3 billion shares to dump on unsuspecting HPNN investors (dilution, dilution, dilution). He can funnel the cash into his greasy fraud-ridden (per the courts) pockets.
