Nobody's arguing that an audited financial would take away a lot of doubt but that doesn't mean a specific company Is not as their financial say. What you seem to Ignore is is a lot of history and and evidence out there that this is not some fly-by-night company. If they were a year or 2 old Or sprung up overnight with multiple conglomerates With no history to be found about any of their operations.... I would be the 1st to say this is very suspicious and stay away.

They have obviously made mistakes but they're very up front and open about their operations and where they're going and continuing to update. "MY" Experience is this is not normally the case if they're trying to pull some scam or have completely fabricated financials. There is historic information available if you look. 6 years of growth is a hard factor to dismiss.

And I will point out yet again, With that available history that is there and we and with available knowledge of some of their acquisitions.... They would have to be Overstating their financials By over 75% to be considered fairly valued by all standard evaluation principles. It's just a matter of getting recognized.

I will take that chance with the available history, any day over some of these "audited" OTC stocks that, IF they even have revenue, Are trading at many excessive multiples of their annual revenue or profit. (At it highest HMB* was trading at 7,000 X earnings And in debt!!)

As devastated as the OTC is in general I just don't think any of these Abnormalities you see Are necessarily abnormal. It's kind of like these charters that act like you can predict an OTC stock Movement beyond certain limited day trading trends. Many more times than not you'll have one of these guys say a stock is guaranteed to go 1 way or the other just to find out it actually went the opposite.

I'll say it again, I have a feeling even an audited financial won't appease those looking for issues now. (Like year old obscure, uninvestigated foreign scam opinions...I can find at least 2 or 3 current "alerts" for most OTC stocks.)
