I'm waiting for the $100 million offering to be done. Knowing these guys, they'll probably price it at .50 to .75 with warrants at .75 area. Then followed by a 1 for 20 reverse split.

Just my own personal opinion and I am only speculating here. I have zero knowledge of what will actually happen.
