Breakout board is meaningless it's just a % rise in the # of posts in the last 24 hours, and since there's usually not many posts here the % goes up easily.
Now if it was on the most read or most posted board it would mean a little, but still not much.

Back to the breakout board... if this board had not been posted on one day and then the next day it had 10 posts... it would be on the "breakout board'....So, as you said, MEANINGLESS... like HPNN and DigitalSCAM
