IMO, they bought those shares with the proviso that each share would have 100x voting rights, which is exactly enough to override anything the main shareholder can vote on. I wonder who that main shareholder is? And why they felt it was necessary to give themselves 100x voting rights, IF the main shareholder is 'friendly, not a potential takeover party? Benny, says the entity/person is not an adversary, and hopes for success.

But,as you can see, I'm having my doubts about Benny.
