It would seem to me a split is in order from PTEL, Blue Bull Venture B.V. Inc, 15.4 billion 1:1 divvy's x (1711.56:1) and PTEL A shares

I get 89 million PTEL A + 1 million FORM C

Maybe the Form C shares will be offered in 1 billion Class C shares as you would need a B Share fill at DWAC

as

20 billion - 15.4 billion = 4.6 billion - 3.51 b blue bull = 1.09 million - 89 million - 1million form C = 1 billion

I would have to assume the 1 million Form C would have to go to the 15.4 billion 1:1 / 1711.56 or 9 million.

DWAC B shares are listed at a total of 10 million. 9 million + 1 million = 10 million
