HPNN confirms - NO FUNDING
I'm guessing they did a criminal background check and lien search and court judgment search and found that HPNN doesn't pay back what they get and are financially insolvent.

So they still cannot pay employees (wage theft).

We did not complete the round of funding thru the "Investment Bankers"
