IMO: Shares being sold, can be for ventures, alliances, etc.
Co. might be selling some unrestricted shs., instead of using cash.
Also allows for the new alliance folks to get shares at a low price; and
see the progression of the Co together. IMO, I'm very confident, that the Co's earnings will continue to grow and be impressive. With some extra patience, this is one with great potential. I'm still searching for others that might look even better....very difficult to find. I added a ton at this level, and will continue to do so. GLTA
