I find it hard to have Tad have this go through PCAOB audited financials for this to linger around too long. In his past statements, he clearly stated there was more than one potential merger. It's odd to me that the LOI was taking 2 months knowing full well what was done to get the shell cleaned to give up on it.

Good thing is the audited financials are coming
