You can sell or transfer patents and retain right of use.
You can sell, transfer, assign a percentage of the patents
and retain a percentage for your company.
Would be foolish for this company to NOT retain rights on every patent ever issued, so does not matter who has what patents
If RMTD retained rights on all.
Now, whether those retained rights would be assignable is another
question. If not, somebody has to merge us or buy us out.
That is my opinion.
