The more I think about it the company states in their filing that they now have 1,808,837,715 shares and after the split there will be 1,808,838 shares. Because they say this in a filing & not a PR or letter to shareholders they have to stick to it by law. In other words they really can't sell any more shares under the current structure or their filing with the SEC would be false.

Add the fact that Knight has filed stating that they own 16.5% of the company & I see a run on this thing.

I will not load the boat so to speak but I will attempt to buy more Monday if they are not already spiking.
