To avoid failure :

1. Dilution must stop immediately.
2. TOXIC Note must be closed.
3.Share restructuring MUST loweri outstanding shares .
4. Audit must happen to validate balance sheet $ and gold.

My prediction

1. AS will double VERY SOON and before September
2. Share Price will go to .03 or less
3. More cheap Mexican land will be purchased to appear like mines.
4. Clive will convert more on toxic note

Benny will pump everyone as hard as possible while saying dont pay attention to the guy hiding behind the curtain. The share selling business will continue.
