The amendment just filed for the semi-annual report (4/30/22) was for the retirement of 1 million shares of Preferred Stock which happened on 3/5/21 lowering the total to 24 million.

No idea why that took a year to figure out or it affected anything on financials (such as dividends on preferred stock).
