The buyout multiples you cite are not from those company 52 week lows, but the multiple paid after the SP had moved up.

BP is doing similar math to this for just one of B's indications:

A 12X with IPIX at .50 gets us to $6

Why would anyone pay 150x for a company?
All time highest pharma buyouts were 26x, 17x, and 6x.
