The current Dubai fantasy is a retelling of a 2008 INTK Dubai fantasy
Anyone that has followed this scam knows that Stuart recycles old stories and just changes the names. For example, prior to the announcement of the imaginary orders from Lowe's, Stuart was tweeting about imaginary orders for The Home Depot.

In the current version of the Dubai fantasy, Stuart was sloppy in repeating the lie of the "free offices" provided by the UAE government, since if the were such offices there would be a physical address
