All the talk about dilution is almost moot since the dilution from the REG A will bring extraordinary opportunities without the dilution that comes with a PIPE at a single price.

The REG A will allow the company to raise capital as needed over the next 10-12 months at potentially higher graduated stock prices since the company will only get stronger over the coming year

Dilution is a fact with companies coming out of a pre-rev stage. So any of you that are concerned with the dilution from the REG A should consider the fact with the dilution will come significant revenue

Also consider this. Without capital of any consequential nature they are going to do millions of dollars worth or revenue and be profitable in 2022. Pretty amazing

So when the PO's can be represented as "deferred revenue" on the P & L the game changes since it then infers upon orders being shipped in October it will change to "recognized revenue".

Your statement about 500 million additional shares, increasing O/S 30%? There is good dilution and bad dilution. This is very good dilution since it will allow the company to take advantage of many different opportunities that will bring substantial revenue, earnings and brand awareness.
