It is highly risky for CC to have faked the sale
of her Control Shares as both the SEC
Rules and OTCPink Guidelines require that
the name(s) of the person(s) beneficially owning
or controlling ILST HOLDCO LLC be disclosed
on the “ Supplemental Disclosure for Change of
Control Events “.


Since Caren did NOT disclose this info she could
be open to an investigation by the SEC if an investor
files a Complaint.
