Now the holdup is supposedly because of the pending litigation? That appears to be just another excuse from Mick & Co - this lawsuit has been ongoing for 3 years with no hint of ending.

I’ve read forever that ASTA’s so called “rightful place is the Nasdaq”. Then why has there been No initial registration statement filed with the SEC - Not Form 10, Not an S -1?

ASTA has found itself on the EM tier for 10 Months, WRFX/ASTA has been Dark since 2019, and now we’re waiting for pending litigation???
