I like your logic and though I dont agree with you on many of your post you are right. Your risk are very low buying the bottom in any play. Look what happened with GE*GP today....folks could have bought .0004s and 5's last week and the stock hit .0009 today and should be breaking over .001 easy soon. So the people who got the bottom made out with hefty gains applying your theory. But I have made a ton chasing stocks also and some of my biggest plays I got in late and the stock kept going higher and higher. I will never not consider getting into a stock just because it ran already.....there a lot of money left in the good runners.....I thought GOV*X was over at the $2.00 range and it has sense doubled that.
