The issue of was NWS legal or excess or however you want to label it has been decided by SCOTUS. Nothing improper there.

If after 2 to 5 more years of the pending litigation exhausting itself, do you think it would be fun to challenge the federal governments atrocious behavior here under one or more of the following theories as they relate to the "already decided by SCOTUS, Nothing improper there" NWS? I'm asking for a friend !

Was the NWS a violation of the Major Questions Doctrine? I thought that our ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES should be deciding issues of major questions of economic importance to the nation such as whether or not to nationalize two private corporations that control over two thirds of the Secondary Mortgage Market and NOT UNELECTED BUREAUCRATS in one or more federal agencies.

Was the NWS invalid because HERA is void for Vagueness because it limits a federal agency powers to whatever the federal agency decides is "in the best interests of the public it serves"?

Will the NWS be an issue if the Petition for a Writ of Certerrori is granted in the Takings Cases?
