Remember... in order for David Michery to stimulate the volume necessary in order to begin distributing hundreds of millions of shares from the newly increased authorized share count into the outstanding share count and float, there needs to be news developments that will cause retail to purchase these dilutive shares from the company.

From a technical standpoint, the stock has hit 76 cents and has maintained support above that level. This could all change once these shares become part of the OS and float so we will just have to wait and see. Until then, this stock is only a tradable scalp
