Apparently it's OK with the SEC and for as an example for otcx to hang in the ask only showing 20k for sale but actually having much more

But as retail don't be flagged for tagging the ask w a paint at a close on any stock cause they will drop the gavel on that

It's so ridiculous it's almost laughable
