ILST HOLDCO retained Currier as an Officer, even though she specifically tweeted otherwise?

Sorry, that reeks of bullshit. It's possible, I guess, albeit unlikely. If true, it speaks poorly of this company, considering all the fluff PR's she's been releasing for OWUV which she DOES actually run.

Does Currier own the Preferred Stock she stated she sold to ILST HOLDCO? Meaning she got it back, somehow?

LOL we'll know the truth in two weeks when they file Q2, assuming they realize they need to keep filing, even for a shell.
