History has showN with a approved 1000 to 1 RS (8K filed not just the option of a14c) the stock moved from .002 to 34.9 cents.

History also shows that CEO stated that if that RS was not needed it would be cancelled. It was not deemed needed at that time and IT WAS CANCELLED.

Per Sec approved investor messaging site, CEO states this current possible RS if not needed will also be cancelled.

Per that same SEC approved investor message site CEO states that other financing is in negotiations.

Consider all the cherries picked.
