2. I have paid for product I have never received
3. They cashed our check and never sent us a product.
4. This company failed to deliver ordered good
5. I was not told a tracking number and now customer service will not contact me back.
6. Sent Advance Payment amounting to USD 7,728.92. they had made many excuses that they had been struggling with freeze-related shipping issues. After many follow ups and emails regarding shipment we had asked to refund our payment and they agreed. They had sent us a Credit Memo in March 2019. After that we had sent many reminders (above 100 times) for refunding amount but till now we did not receive any refund.
7. I have not received my product that's was paid for in full
8. still have not sent it "the product." We had asked for a refund of our shipping and a coupon that they said that they would take off and they sent us an invoice for the return but we have still not gotten our money back.
9. These people are crooks. Do not do any business with them or their parent company: INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH
10. the product hadn't shipped.
