I finally understand the the term "game changer" for this product.
In searching for information regarding cancer treatment costs, todays expected costs are $150k up to $500k. Some of these treatments do not overlap with Radiogel, but some do. Let's go low at $150k.

Brachytherapy treatment - with much better and faster results in some cases - is only a fraction of that at, from what I have read, about $10k per treatment with say up to two treatments. This explains a lot to me, like why a big pharma would stay clear of this since it can and will, eat into their massive profits. Sounds like this will take an outsider to develop this product.

I deleted my FDA delay conspiracy theory from this.

I see it will be a game changer for treatment and cancer drug treatment companies, as well as a more affordable option for EVERYONE. I would guess the Dr. Mike would even provide low cost treatment alternatives to those in need.

This will be worldwide and If the US government latches on to this as treatment due to its cost savings, that would be immense.

Game changer may be an understatement.
