I can tell you have not owned PLUG that long. Many of us remember that a few times they 'did not need money' and within days or hours in one case did a secondary. I'm not sure you know how Andy work's. If you think big he wants to be BIGGER! This deal in Congress just gave him the green light to go all out. Again, just my opinion formed on years of experience owning this stock.
