I am at a resort and have very poor internet connection. So I can't repost Fannie & Freddie warrant agreements again. Anyone with integrity can look them up. According to FHFA & Treasury signed agreements, fair value is defined as the average closing price of the prior 20 days. These prices have also been posted many times. FHFA gifting Treasury 79.99% of these two corporations for a measly $72,600 is a $46 billion fraud at the very onset of conservatorship by their own definition.

$72,600.
$46,000,000,000.

Is this fair value? How much do the corporations lose if the warrants are exercised? Not talking about shareholders. I've lost over a million$ in stolen dividends already. Don't care about share price unless I'm buying or selling. And I'm not selling.
