I would much rather have a receivership sell the company than Erhlich and his scumbags, we already know they don't give a shit about customers as long as they can make bank.

RECEIVERSHIP is the best and most equitable way to proceed with a sale -

1st. make customers whole
2nd. work on a sale of the company
3rd. once customers are whole if they can't sell it - Chapter 7 it
4th. Make sure Erhlich and his gang are the last on the creditors list so they are the last to be compensated - they certainly didn't earn the money they made.
