perfectly normal for a small company to be selling shares (in a controlled manner)

the benefit is the current OS is 30.3 million
which isn't BAD, but i'm looking long term
if it's 80m in 2 years well that is a bit uglier.

however if it's only 40-45m by that point- okay great.
we can all win in a big way

also good for them on getting the filing done so early

most companies will be the final day or file for the 2 week extension.
so congrats to HNRC there.
