That IS quite an accomplishment. To spend that amount of money with such terribly poor results.
I am perhaps most fond of the argument that it takes at least ten years for a start up to show results.But what if after ten years the results are are so calamitous as to call into question what it was that started the whole process initially ? Did Thompson find a nugget while traipsing around the property? If so, that nugget cost investors $38 million plus dollars.
