I don’t care if it’s a footnote or written in gold, it’s in the “audited” financials so that means when he signed it it was true. Pp shares at this point are worthless as well as common. He has taken $ that he has not earned!! You and penny may drink the juice and pretend everything is grand. Stand back and look from the outside in and you may see something different! Unless you are privy to some unknown info this is a past tense stock. I hope I’m wrong but if it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it’s a duck
