I think this whole argument can be summed up pretty easily. Kim is not sure if can pull this thing off or not. If he was 100% sure he sure as hell wouldn't be selling for under 10 cents when he could be selling in a year or so for over $1.

Jon Rice who is COO is privy to the same information. Wouldn't there be notifications if he too was selling? Am I wrong that he too would have to report sales or did Kim tell him to hold and he would be taken care of at a later date. If one rat is abandoning the ship would all the rats? All kidding aside I am curious if he is held to the same reporting standards and if so how come he isn't selling.
