Once those 2 idiots were under investigation and then INDICTED they used their claimed positions with BLLB to insert additional fraud executives in their place while the DOJ and SEC filed COIMPLAINTS in MINNEAPOLIS.

BAGHOLDERS would like u ta think the fraud on trial today is old news and means nothin. Maybe KILCHESKY, JABERIAN and RAJKARAN should have their lawyers try that logic when the cases go to RICO charges.

Dude must have thought he had protection in FLORIDA where another identity called Tony Lazzaro was involved in the Casey Anthony child murder case.

Miller had a FLORIDA attorney named David ROTHSTEIN who dropped Miller and vanished when Miller was identified as Mark Kilchesky.
Was he related to Scott Rothstein who is doin 50 years in prison? Scott was associated with Jeffery Epstein, now claimed ta be dead.
