A Nationalization isn't authorized in the law in force, both in the FHEFSSA Conservatorship and the Charter Act. Unless it's properly announced a Taking of our stocks, paying the fair value, which is calculated adjusting the EPS for all the illegal actions: TCCA fees, dividends to UST when it's restricted, CRT, HUD'/UST's slush funds, the Warrant, etc.
Repeating one thousand times that there's been a Nationalization, doesn't make it Nationalization.
