he knew the ground was not worth mining

Not sure that is true. His experience was not hard-rock mining or cyanide leach operations. He welds tanks together. He built a mobile home park. He put together a re-creation of a historic mine milling operation. All good stuff......but putting that experience towards running a hard rock gold mine?

No, I think he really had no clue whether the "ground was worth mining" or not. A one-man company trying to operate a hard rock gold mine by winging it - bringing in patched-together, used equipment. Going into JVs with sketchy "miners" like MarMar and then lying about it. And not hiring true experts.....instead relying on the expertise of someone like Lemas who has made a career out of leasing marginal mining concessions to Mexus over the last decade.

And then there's his legal advisor, who can't seem to keep PT on the right path. Dispensing insider info has been routine. Dumping shares and not informing investors for 30 or 40 days. Ignoring the rules about publishing estimates of grade and tonnage in filings. Telling people made-up (and ridiculous) cost per ounce figures. And making up terms like "preliminary reserves" in the latest 10K. Mexus deserves an EPA comment letter for that alone.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
